About This Listing

Allsops Paddock Retreat is located on a 37 hectare bush property in north central Victoria, 10 minutes drive from Yarck and 20 minutes from Alexandra.

This settlers style home is self-contained and features an open plan living area with wood heater, a fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ. 6 people can be accommodated with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and double bunks in the second bedroom. An extra 2 people can use the couch which transforms into a fold-out bed. All linen is supplied.

There is a relaxing verandah which overlooks the surrounding farmland, bush and hills, allowing guests to "tune out" in this rural environment.

While staying at Allsops Paddock Retreat, guests can enjoy walks through the surrounding paddocks or bush where kangaroos and birds can be spotted.

Enjoy a weekend or longer holiday, or use the property as a base for exploring the nearby scenic attractions. The Great Victorian Rail Trail is 5 minutes away, while a little further afield are the Strathbogie Ranges. Bonnie Doon, which is great for boating and fishing, is within a 20 minute drive.
